Hi, my name is Tom Ahern and I live in East Fallowfield, PA. I started Ahern Bookkeeping because I enjoy working directly with small-business owners, helping them to understand their numbers without having to spend their evenings doing bookkeeping.

I have over 40 years of business experience which included owning a retail pharmacy for 17 years. Today I focus primarily on providing dependable QuickBooks Online bookkeeping for business owners in the Chester County, PA, and Lancaster areas since it is often helpful to meet with clients in person from time to time. I have also served clients in NJ and NC.

My experience taught me that financial information isn't just important at tax time--it helps a business owner make better decisions throughout the year. I will always respond promptly and will put your best interests first.

I primarily lived in Nebraska until 2008 when I moved to Chester County PA to marry my wonderful wife, Patti. I am an avid pickleball player, playing mainly in the Exton Picklr and various local YMCAs. Much to the chagrin of some of the pickleball community, I still also enjoy playing tennis too.
